规范化心肺复苏护理在急诊猝死患者护理中的应用价值分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of standardized cardiopulmonary resuscitation nursing in the treatment of sudden death patients in emergency.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sudden death in the Emergency Department of Southern Central Hospital of Yunnan Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into 40 patients in the control group and 40 patients in the study group.The control group received routine emergency nursing and the study group received standardized cardiopulmonary resuscitation nursing.Systolic blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation,rescue success rate and first aid time were analyzed.Results:The systolic blood pressure of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P＜0.05;The blood oxygen saturation of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P＜0.05;The rescue success rate of the study group(75.00%)was higher than that of the control group(50.00%),P＜0.05;The first aid time of the study group[(9.24±1.35)min]was shorter than that of the control group[(15.26±2.54)min],and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of standardized cardiopulmonary resuscitation nursing is effective in emergency sudden death patients,which can improve the survival rate of patients,improve the level of systolic blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation,and ensure the life safety of patients,and is worthy of clinical use.关键词
