Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with standardized rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A total of 70 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who were treated in the Shanghai First People's Hospital Bengbu Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were included as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by dual-colored ball average method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group took standardized rehabilitation training,and the observation group took traditional Chinese acupuncture treatment on the basis of standardized rehabilitation training.The clinical effect was compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The BBS and FM scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the NHISS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with standardized rehabilitation training for patients with hemiplegia after stroke can improve the hemorheology in the body,restore the limb function,reduce the neurological function defect,improve the prognosis and quality of life,highlight its value,and have popularization significance.关键词
