标准化针灸联合康复疗法在中风后吞咽障碍治疗中的应用
Application of Standardized Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy in the Treatment of Dysphagia after Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the feasibility and influence of standardized acupuncture and moxibustion combined rehabilitation therapy on patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:Patients with dysphagia after stroke treated in Nanchong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects,and 78 patients were divided into groups according to random drawing method.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment during hospital treatment,and the observation group received standardized acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment based on rehabilitation therapy.The improvement effect of dysphagia between the two groups was compared,and the neurological function and dysphagia function of the patients were investigated.The complication rate during rehabilitation was measured.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in nerve function and swallowing function between groups(P﹥0.05).After rehabilitation treatment,the neurological function and swallowing function of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P﹤0.05).The recovery rate of dysphagia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined rehabilitation therapy for patients with dysphagia after stroke is beneficial to improve the condition of patients,reduce the morbidity of dysphagia,promote faster recovery of patients,and help patients recover the injured nerve function,with high safety and clinical application value.关键词
