Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with pulmonary infection.Methods:Fifty patients with pulmonary infection admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from December 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.Random number table method was used to divided them into the observation group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received standardized comprehensive nursing intervention.Results:Compared with the control group,the time of symptom disappearance and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter;The inflammation indexes of the observation group(after nursing)were lower;The health Survey Summary Form(SF-36)score(post-care)in the observation group was higher;The rates of treatment compliance and self-care ability in the observation group were higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with pulmonary infection,the implementation of standardized comprehensive nursing intervention can accelerate the relief of symptoms,the regression of inflammation,and promote the good recovery of the body.关键词
