经鼻高流量氧疗在老年呼吸衰竭患者中的标准化护理分析
Analysis of Standardized Nursing for Nasal High-flow Oxygen Therapy in Elderly Patients with Respiratory Failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of nasal high-flow oxygen therapy in elderly patients with respiratory failure and analyze the effect of standardized nursing.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with respiratory failure admitted to the Internal Medicine Department of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by random method:the control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40).Both groups of elderly patients were treated with nasal high-flow oxygen therapy.The control group was treated with routine nursing while the study group was treated with standardized nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate of oxygen therapy in the study group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),P＜0.05.After intervention,blood gas indexes of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before intervention,and PaO2 of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and PaCO2 of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P＜0.05.The respiratory rate of the study group was significantly faster than that of the control group,and the GCQ score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Nasal high-flow oxygen therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and indicators of elderly patients with respiratory failure,which has better effect supplemented with standardized nursing,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
