Abstract
Objective:To study the value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with standardized nursing in improving the symptoms of patients with lung cancer after operation.Methods:96 patients with lung cancer who received surgical treatment in Linyi People's Hospital from September 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group(49 cases)and the control group(47 cases)by random drawing method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with standardized nursing intervention.The nursing effect difference between the two groups was compared.Results:There was no statistical significance in the symptoms of pain,cancer-related fatigue and cough between the two groups before nursing(P﹥0.05).After nursing,the symptoms of pain,cancer-related fatigue and cough in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with standardized nursing in patients with lung cancer after surgery can effectively reduce the relevant postoperative symptoms of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
