Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 88 patients with radical resection of esophageal cancer admitted to Zigong First People's Hospital(from January 2022 to January 2024)were selected as the study objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group based on random number method.Patients in both groups received perioperative nursing,the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received standardized nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention.The psychological state and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared,and the postoperative nutritional status of patients was investigated.Results:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in nutritional status and psychological status between groups(P﹥0.05).After nursing,the psychological state and nutritional state of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:During the perioperative nursing of esophageal cancer,the combination of standardized nursing and psychological nursing can adjust the nutritional status of patients,improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,and make patients maintain a stable mood to cooperate with treatment,which has application and promotion value.关键词
