标准化早期康复理疗联合手法松解治疗肩周炎的效果分析
Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Early Rehabilitation Physiotherapy Combined with Manual Release in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of standardized early rehabilitation physiotherapy combined with manual release on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:A total of 104 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis treated in Nanchong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2023 were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group(52 cases)received conventional drug treatment,and the experimental group(52 cases)received standardized early rehabilitation physiotherapy+manual release treatment on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After 10 days of treatment,the level of daily living ability,the comprehensive function score of shoulder joint and the good rate of clinical effect in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After 10 days of treatment,the pain score and complication rate of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:It is better to implement standardized early rehabilitation physiotherapy and manual release therapy for patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.关键词
