Clinical Efficacy of Baofukang Suppository and Human Interferon α-2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablet in the Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis with HPV Infection

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the standardized treatment of Baofukang suppository and human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent tablet for patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection.Methods:100 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection admitted to the First People's Hospital of Li County from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected as cases.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent tablets,and the experimental group was treated with baofukang suppository on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,symptom improvement time and medication safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P＜0.05.Wound healing time,vaginal bleeding time and vaginal drainage time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions(P﹥0.05)in the two groups.Conclusion:Baofukang suppository combined with human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent tablet for chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection has significant efficacy,which is beneficial to control disease symptoms with outstanding and safe drug effect,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
