摘要
Abstract
In order to fully investigate the status of veterinary laboratories in Fuzhou City since 2014,the qualification,biological safety level,staff quality,facilities,competence and capacity of veterinary system laboratories and third-party veterinary laboratories across the city were reviewed and analyzed.Based on such shortcomings at grassroots level as lack of full-time inspectors,poor maintenance of instruments and facilities,poor capacity building of testing teams and non-standardized management of third-party veterinary laboratories,then orientations to improve the laboratories were proposed,including further optimizing laboratory allocation,strengthening the management of instruments and facilities,and improving education and training mechanism as well as management system,with a view to laying a solid foundation for prevention and control of animal diseases in the city as well as to providing some reference for reform and development of veterinary laboratories.关键词
