Informatization Supervision Model for Quality and Safety of Pigs and Their Products in Dongguan City,Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of information disconnection between pork product consumption and pig breeding,an informatization supervision model for quality and safety of pigs and their products was established in Dongguan City based on digital coding technology,which connected information from pig breeding to pork product consumption,achieving traceability of pig slaughter and quality and safety of pig products as well as intelligent supervision over the whole industrial chain.As verified by the pilot in 2 slaughterhouses and 4 farmer's markets,the model was practicable and effective,not only saving operation cost of slaughterhouses/processing enterprises,but also improving the value of pig products as well as supervision efficiency by supervision institutions,by which,animal quarantine was more standardized,and the capacity of animal disease prevention and control was improved,safeguarding the quality,health and safety of pork products in the city.A reference was provided by the model for the information supervision of pig products in other regions.关键词
