Abstract
In March 2024,an animal clinic was suspected of administering human medicine to animals as found by the Agricultural Administrative Law Enforcement Agency in A City.It was determined that,after investigation,the illegal fact was available,and the party involved was disposed of according to the Regulations on Administration of Veterinary Drugs.Here,the case was analyzed and discussed centering on the difference between"unit"and"individual"as well as"bio-safety disposal""no offence punished for twice"and"seizing illegal income",etc.,followed by such recommendations as establishing a list system of human medicine for veterinary use,exploring a system of non-punishment for the first violation in pet medical care,clarifying operators'responsibility in animal clinic activities,and improving a mechanism of joint law enforcement in animal medical care,aiming to provide a reference for agricultural administrative law enforcement personnel to investigate similar cases.关键词
