Effects of naringin on hyperlipidemia in mice
目的 探讨柚皮苷对小鼠高脂血症的影响,并阐明其作用机制.方法 将C57BL/6小鼠随机分为对照组、高血脂组和柚皮苷组.高血脂组和柚皮苷组小鼠饲喂高脂饲料,持续喂养4周,建立小鼠高脂血症模型.对照组小鼠饲喂正常饲料.造模成功后,柚皮苷组小鼠每日灌胃200 mg·kg-1柚皮苷,对照组和高血脂组小鼠均灌胃等量0.9%NaCl,连续灌胃5周.收集小鼠血液进行血脂检测.收集小鼠肝组织,用生化法检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛…查看全部>>
