Abstract
AIM The entropy weight combined with TOPSIS method was established to evaluate the rationality of clinical use of Kanglaite injection.METHODS According to the manual of Kanglaite injection and the expert consensus,the evaluation criteria of Kanglaite injection was formulated.A total of 126 medical records of patients using Kanglaite injection in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly selected.The rationality of clinical use of Kanglaite injection was evaluated by TOPSIS method based on entropy weight according to the established evaluation criteria.RESULTS The results showed that there was a case with a relative proximity degree of 1,accounting for 0.79％.Additionally,there were 61 cases with a relative proximity degree＜1 and ≥ 0.6,accounting for 48.41％.The remaining 64 cases were found to have a relative proximity degree of less than 0.6.The proportion was 50.79％.The main problem of the unreasonable use was off-label drug use,which was mainly manifested as extra-indication drug use.CONCLUSION There are many extra-indication drug use problems in the clinical application of Kanglaite injection,and clinical supervision should be strengthened to promote its rational use.关键词
