Abstract
AIM To investigate the drug-related problems(DRPs)in the clinical application of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in order to promote rational drug use.METHODS Through the rational drug use system of Meikang(Pharm Assist),a total of 145 medical records using butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection were selected from patients discharged from the hospital from July 1,2022 to June 30,2023.The necessity,effectiveness and safety of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in clinical application were studied with reference to Granada-Ⅱ classification.RESULTS DRPs occurred in 93(64.14％)cases of 145 medical records of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection.The DRPs were generated 131 case-times in total,including 57 case-times(43.51％)DRP4,64 case-times(48.86％)DRP5 and 10 case-times(7.63％)DRP6.CONCLUSION The DRPs of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection are mainly problems of safety and efficacy.Pharmacists should strengthen the intervention in DRPs of clinical application of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection to promote clinical rational drug use.关键词
