Effect of Red Light-emitting LED on Skin of Intrinsically Aged SKH-1 Mice
目的:探讨红光LED照射对自然老化SKH-1小鼠皮肤的影响.方法:选取20只12月龄SKH-1小鼠,随机分为四组,使用红光LED仪对各组小鼠以0 J/cm2、14.4 J/cm2、32.4 J/cm2和50.4 J/cm2的能量密度连续照射60 d.在第0天、第10天、第30天和第60天,通过拍摄大体照片和皮肤镜照片记录皮肤外观变化,从皮肤粗糙、皮肤皱纹和皮肤紧致三个方面进行皮肤老化等级评分,检测角质层含水量(Water content of t…查看全部>>
