ALA-PDT红蓝光交替照射联合30%超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察
Efficacy of ALA-PDT Alternating Red and Blue Light Irradiation Combined with 30%Supramolecular Salicylic Acid in Treating Acne Vulgaris

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)combined with 30% supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 120 patients with acne vulgaris were selected and randomly assigned into a control group and an observation group at a 1:1 ratio using the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received ALA-PDT with alternating red and blue light irradiation,while the observation group was treated with ALA-PDT plus 30% supramolecular salicylic acid.Clinical efficacy after 4 courses of treatment was evaluated in both groups.The degree of improvement in skin lesion symptoms and serum inflammatory indicators was compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were assessed.The patients were followed up for 1 year,and the recurrence rate during this period was recorded.Results The total clinical efficacy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.69% vs.80.00%,P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,scores for lesion count,itching,and lesion severity were significantly reduced in both groups compared with pre-treatment levels(P＜0.05).Additionally,serum levels of IL-8,TNF-α,and CRP were significantly decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),with greater reductions observed in the observation group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(11.67% vs.10.00%,P＞0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group after 1 year was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.33% vs.13.33%,P＜0.05).Conclusion ALA-PDT alternating red and blue light irradiation combined with 30% supramolecular salicylic acid has significant efficacy in the treatment of acne vulgaris,and can significantly improve the skin lesion symptoms,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory indicators,and there were no obvious adverse reactions,and it has low recurrence rate and is a safe and effective clinical treatment.关键词
