Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of action research method-based health management combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology on psychological state and wound repair effect of patients with deep burn.Methods 98 patients with deep burns admitted to the author's department from September 2021 to June 2023 were selected and assigned into conventional group(odd number,n=49)and action method group(even number,n=49)by random odd-even number method.All patients were treated with VSD technology,and the conventional group was given conventional nursing intervention while the action method group was treated with action research method-based health management.The disease cognition level,negative emotions[self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)],disability acceptance[acceptance of disability scale(AODS)],quality of life[burn specific health scale-brief(BSHS-B)],wound aesthetics[Vancouver scar scale(VSS)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the disease cognition score,AODS score,BSHS-B score and nursing satisfaction of the action method group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the SPBS and VSS scores were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Action research method-based health management for patients with deep burns undergoing VSD can significantly enhance the disease cognition and disability acceptance,regulate the negative emotions,and facilitate the recovery of wound appearance and the improvement of quality of life,and it has high satisfaction.关键词
