牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙外伤继发性牙髓坏死疗效观察

Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of regenerative endodontic procedures(REPs)and root canal therapy in the treatment of pulp necrosis secondary to traumatic injuries of immature permanent teeth.Methods A total of 106 patients with pulp necrosis secondary to traumatic injuries of immature permanent teeth were admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019.They were randomly assigned to an observation group(53 patients)and a control group(53 patients),undergoing REPs and conventional root canal therapy,respectively.24 months later,the patients were followed up,and the cure rate was analyzed according to clinical symptoms and X-ray films.Results The total treatment response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.23% vs.75.47%,P＜0.05).The crown-to-root ratio and root canal wall thickness increased in the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05),and the two indicators in the observation group were higher as compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Occlusal force of the two groups was increased,and occlusal time was shortened after treatment(P＜0.05).Patients in the observation group had better occlusal ability as compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion REPs is superior to conventional root canal therapy for treating pulp necrosis secondary to traumatic injuries of immature permanent teeth.The former can enhance the firmness and stability of the root,with high safety.关键词
