WaveOneGold和ProTaperNext在预备C形根管成形能力和清理能力中的应用效果比较
Comparison of the Application Effects of WaveOneGold and ProTaperNext in Preparing C-shaped Root Canals in Terms of Shaping Ability and Cleaning Ability
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the application effects of WaveOneGold and ProTaperNext in preparing C-shaped root canals in terms of shaping ability and cleaning ability.Methods A total of 180 patients with C-shaped root canals in mandibular second molars who underwent root canal therapy in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The subjects were divided into a WaveOneGold group(90 patients receiving WaveOneGold root canal preparation)and a ProTaperNext group(90 patients receiving ProTaperNext root canal preparation)by random number table method.The root canal preparation time,shaping ability,pain,cleaning ability,and root canal filling quality were compared between the two groups.Results The preparation time of the PN group was significantly longer than that of the WG group(P＜0.05).The unprepared area of root tip and central root canal in the PN group was significantly smaller than that in the WG group(P＜0.05).The root canal deviation values at 1.5 mm and 5.5 mm from the root tip in the PN group were significantly lower than those in the WG group(P＜0.05).The central positioning at 1.5 mm and 4.5 mm from the root tip was better in the PN group than the WG group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of pain during appointment within 7 d after operation,root canal wall debris score after preparation,and root canal wall smear layer score(P＞0.05).A year later,root canal filling in the two groups was similar(P＞0.05).Conclusion ProTaperNext is equivalent to WaveOneGold when preparing C-shaped root canals in terms of pain,cleaning ability,and filling quality.WaveOneGold has shorter preparation time,but ProTaperNext can achieve better shaping ability.关键词
