摘要
Abstract
Incomplete postpartum uterine involution is a common disease in the puerperium,which can lead to complications such as postpartum hemorrhage,late postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal infection,seri-ously affecting the physical and mental health and quality of life of mothers.Therefore,it is very important to take effective measures to promote postpartum uterine involution.A large number of basic and clinical researches have proved that,as an emerging non-in-vasive treatment method,low-intensity focused ultra-sound(LIFU)can effectively promote the contraction of uterine smooth muscle and shorten the duration of lo-chia,achieving the purpose of uterine involution.It is also expected to be applied to prevent and treat post-partum hemorrhage by adjusting the postpartu treat-ment time window of LIFU and the equipment pa-rameters.关键词
