Focused ultrasound treatment for vulvar hy-popigmentation diseases
摘要
Abstract
Vulvar hypopigmentation disease is a group of vulva skin diseases with pruritus as the main symptom and hypopigmentation of vulva skin as the main sign.The pathological mechanism is not yet clear,and there is a lack of effective long-term treatment.Focused ultrasound therapy takes advantage of ultra-sound's good tissue penetration and selectivity to focus energy deposition on the lesion area,promoting tissue reconstruction and improving microcirculation to achieve therapeutic purposes.In this paper,the indi-cations,contraindications,treatment points and post-operative care of focused ultrasound in the treatment of vulvar hypopigmentation diseases are described.关键词
