Syndrome differentiation and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis after focused ultrasound abla-tion surgery
摘要
Abstract
FUAS(focused ultrasound ablation surgery)has a definite therapeutic effect on uterine fibroids and adenomyosis,and has been widely used in clinical practice.Due to the characteristics of the two diseases,there is a possibility of recurrence in all treatments that preserve the uterus,and postoperative drug combina-tion therapy and long-term management are particu-larly important.At present,in addition to the commonly used combination of GnRH-a,LNG-IUS,or deno-gestrin after FUAS surgery,the intervention of tradi-tional Chinese medicine has also shown its therapeutic advantages.This article elaborates and discusses the application of traditional Chinese medicine after FUAS surgery for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.关键词
