台风灾害链时序性风险评估研究
Study on the Temporal Risk Assessment of Typhoon Disaster Chain
摘要
Abstract
As one of the countries most seriously affected by typhoons,typhoons cause a large number of ca-sualties and huge economic losses every year.In order to more accurately assess the risk of each disaster event in the typhoon disaster chain and explore its temporal characteristics,a universal typhoon disaster chain is construct-ed based on the complex network theory,and a temporal risk assessment model is established,comprehensively considering the disaster occurrence probability,complex network vulnerability and disaster loss prediction.In ad-dition,the actual disaster factor and government intervention capacity are introduced.Taking the influence of Ty-phoon"Doksuri"in Taiwan as an example,the model is demonstrated and analyzed in combination with the dy-namic and static conditions.The results show that the model can simulate and evaluate the typhoon disaster chain effectively,and can accurately identify the vulnerable links and nodes with high risks in the disaster chain,and provide a reference for disaster prevention and reduction.关键词
