福州市2305"杜苏芮"台风灾害链致灾与成害过程分析
Analysis of Disaster and Damage Process Caused by No.2305"Doksuri"Typhoon Disaster Chain in Fuzhou City

Abstract
Typhoon disasters are one of the main natural disasters threatening the life safety and socio-economic development in the southeast coastal region of China.Taking No.2305 Typhoon"Doksuri"in Fuzhou City as an example,the hazards and disaster process of the"Doksuri"disaster chain are analyzed based on meteorologi-cal data and disaster records.The results show that:①the main urban area of Fuzhou has a high population-economic density and a large exposure of disaster-bearing bodies,which is the most serious area of this typhoon di-saster;②due to the continuous influence of the spiral rain belt around the typhoon,there was a short-term heavy rainfall exceeding the historical record in the main urban area of Fuzhou.Short-term heavy rainfall was the main cause of the typhoon disaster,which caused serious secondary disasters such as waterlogging and flash flood;③Terrain is one of the dominant factors determining the type of typhoon disaster chains.The main urban area is affect-ed by the surrounding mountainous terrain,forming a typhoon-rainstorm-waterlogging disaster chain.The sur-rounding mountainous areas(Minhou,Minqing,Yongtai and other districts and counties)of Fuzhou City have vulnerable geological stability with numerous hills,which are easy to form a typhoon-rainstorm-mountain torrent/landslide disaster chain.Before the typhoon makes landfall,strong winds first affect the coastal zones,forming a typhoon-strong winds-storm surge/wave disaster chain.关键词
