教育家精神引领下职业院校师德师风建设研究OA北大核心
Research on Teacher Ethics Construction in Vocational Colleges Led by Educator Spirit
从信念、道德、学识、态度、情感和境界六个维度来看,教育家精神引领下职业院校的师德师风体现为国家工匠的培养理想、道德修养与行为规范、教育智慧与个性化教学、学习态度与创新实践、仁爱精神与学生关怀、全球视野与文化使命.当前职业院校师德师风建设存在信念的迷失、道德的裂隙、智慧的桎梏、创新的沉默、仁爱的缺位、文化视野的模糊等问题.教育家精神引领下职业院校师德师风建设的路径为:强化理想信念与现实的契合、完善道德规范执行与监督体系、深化个性化教学改革、激励教师在实践中大胆创新、从理念到行动的全面落实关怀、融入全球化视角与加强文化传承创新.
From the viewpoint of the six dimensions of belief,morality,learning,attitude,emotion and realm,the teacher ethics of vocational colleges under the leadership of educator spirit is embodied in the ideals of cultivating national craftsmen,moral cultivation and behavioral norms,educational wisdom and personalized teaching,attitude towards learning and innovative practice,the spirit of benevolence and students'care,global vision and cultural mission.At present,there are problems such as loss of faith,moral fissures,shackles of wisdom,silence of innovation,lack of love,and blurring of cultural vision in the construction of teachers'morality and ethics in vocational colleges.The paths of teacher ethics construction in vocational colleges under the guidance of educator spirit are:strengthening the fit between ideals and reality,perfecting the implementation and supervision system of ethical norms,deepening the reform of personalized teaching,motivating teachers to be bold and innovative in practice,comprehensively implementing the care from concept to action,integrating the global perspective and strengthening the innovation of cultural inheritance.
