教育家精神引领下职业院校师德师风建设研究
Research on Teacher Ethics Construction in Vocational Colleges Led by Educator Spirit

Abstract
From the viewpoint of the six dimensions of belief,morality,learning,attitude,emotion and realm,the teacher ethics of vocational colleges under the leadership of educator spirit is embodied in the ideals of cultivating national craftsmen,moral cultivation and behavioral norms,educational wisdom and personalized teaching,attitude towards learning and innovative practice,the spirit of benevolence and students'care,global vision and cultural mission.At present,there are problems such as loss of faith,moral fissures,shackles of wisdom,silence of innovation,lack of love,and blurring of cultural vision in the construction of teachers'morality and ethics in vocational colleges.The paths of teacher ethics construction in vocational colleges under the guidance of educator spirit are:strengthening the fit between ideals and reality,perfecting the implementation and supervision system of ethical norms,deepening the reform of personalized teaching,motivating teachers to be bold and innovative in practice,comprehensively implementing the care from concept to action,integrating the global perspective and strengthening the innovation of cultural inheritance.关键词
