The Main Characteristics,Generative Mechanism and Contemporary Value of Lu Ban and Mo Zi's Educator Spirit

Abstract
The unique educator spirit of China is rooted in the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,which honors teachers and values education,among which the field of traditional vocational education shows the original form of educator spirit.As the originators of Chinese vocational education,Lu Ban and Mo Zi have the qualities of educators:ideal belief and morality of behaving as a model for the world,wisdom of educating people by seeking knowledge and innovation,and attitude of cultivation,as well as self-criticism of the world and the pursuit of promoting the way of the world.Analyzing the mechanism of the generation of Lu Ban and Mo Zi's educator spirit,it is found that the quality of ability as a scholar,the pursuit of the way as a teacher,and the professional sentiment as a craftsman together constitute the fulcrum,power and gravity of the generation of Lu Ban and Mo Zi's educator spirit,which brings the revelation of the times as follows:Vocational education teachers should pass on the quality of the"scholar",and solidify their self-consciousness to promote the development of vocational education with a big heart.Vocational education administrations should advocate the pursuit of teacher to enhance the gravitational force for teachers to integrate their professional ideals into national development;and social cooperative organizations should promote the spirit of great national craftsmen to enhance the motivation for vocational education teachers and students to become moral and technical doers.关键词
