《学位法》视域下职业本科学位授权制度:法理基础、现实挑战与改革趋向
The Authorization System for Vocational Undergraduate Degrees from the Perspective of the Degree Law:Legal Basis,Challenges and Reform Trends

Abstract
The official promulgation of the Degree Law of the People's Republic of China has established a robust legal foundation for enhancing the professional bachelor's degree authorization system,which is profoundly significant for promoting high-quality development in vocational undergraduate education.Through a comprehensive analysis of the guiding principles,legal status,basic principles,academic requirements and training objectives of the degree,the legal basis of the professional bachelor's degree authorization system has been clarified.However,the current vocational undergraduate degree authorization system has encountered several challenges in practice,such as the integration of practical and theoretical issues,lagging in the adaptation of laws and regulations,and insufficient teachers.Accordingly,it is proposed to strengthen the legal foundation,build a regular mechanism,deepen licensing management,establish a standardized system.关键词
