教育、科技、人才一体化视角为审视我国高职院校科技伦理教育现代化的价值和路向提供了新方向.开展科技伦理教育是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务、引导学生知行合一的重要表现;也是高职院校促进多种文化融合创新,培养全面发展的人的内在要求;还是高职院校与科技协同创新,助力职业教育高质量发展的战略需要.长期以来,我国高职院校科技伦理教育面临着教育地位边缘化,受制于功利主义的市场导向;教育底蕴薄弱化,难以体现科技伦理教育价值;教育方式浅表化,难以具现科技伦理教学效果;教育内容碎片化,难以反映科技发展前沿动态等问题.为了推动科教融汇,高职院校要提高科技伦理教育战略地位,增设相关政策和保障机制;涵育科技伦理教育底蕴,营造尊重伦理价值的氛围;丰富科技伦理教学方案,健全政校企合作长效机制;创新科技伦理教育内容,打造特色引领的综合课程体系.
Taking integration of education,science and technology,and human resources as the perspective,it can provide a new direction to re-examine the value and direction of science and technology ethics education in higher vocational colleges in China since the new era.The development of science and technology ethics education is an important manifestation of the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education in higher vocational colleges to guide students to realize unity of knowledge and action.It is also an intrinsic requirement for higher vocational colleges to promote the integration and innovation of the diverse cultures and to cultivate all-round development of human beings.It is also a strategic need for the synergistic innovation of higher vocational colleges with science and technology and for the high-quality development of vocational education.For a long time,science and technology ethics education in China's higher vocational colleges has faced many problems.Firstly,the status of science and technology ethics education in higher vocational colleges is relatively marginal,and it is also influenced by utilitarian market orientation.Secondly,the heritage of science and technology ethics education in higher vocational colleges is relatively weak,and it is difficult to reflect the value of science and technology ethics education.Thirdly,the educational method of science and technology ethics education in higher vocational colleges and universities is relatively simple,which leads to the general effect of teaching science and technology ethics.Fourthly,the contents of science and technology ethics education in higher vocational colleges is relatively fragmented,and it is difficult to reflect the current dynamics of scientific and technological development.In order to promote the integration of science and education,higher vocational colleges should enhance the strategic position of ethics education in science and technology and set up relevant policies and guarantee mechanisms;cultivate the educational background of ethics education in science and technology and create an atmosphere of respect for ethical values;enrich the teaching program of ethics in science and technology and improve the long-term mechanism of cooperation between government,schools and enterprises;innovate the contents of ethics education in science and technology and create a comprehensive curriculum system led by special features.
