中药学高层次人才培养的实践与探索
Practical exploration of cultivating high-level talents in traditional Chinese medicine:a case study of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
The development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)relies on talent,and postgraduate education plays a crucial role in cultivating high-level talents.This article takes the cultivation of high-level talents in Chinese Materia Medica at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,introducing the results of practical exploration from aspects such as philosophy,measures,characteristics,and effectiveness.Firstly,it emphasizes the cultivation philosophy of"fostering virtue and innovation,integrating and coordinating,"aimed at nurturing TCM talents with innovative capabilities and a sense of social responsibility.Secondly,through multi-level training goals and plans,diversified training paths,and the"mentor-research group-innovation team"synergetic guidance,the postgraduate training paradigm integrating"discipline development,scientific innovation,talent cultivation,and solid service"has been created,focusing on the integration of TCM thinking and interdisciplinary crossover.This approach has achieved significant educational results,providing a reference for the cultivation of high-level talents in Chinese Materia Medica.关键词
