解毒活血汤对慢性肾脏病(3-5期)大鼠肾脏组织与血管钙化影响的研究
Study on the Effect of Jiedu Huoxue Decoction on Renal Tissue and Vascular Calcification in Chronic Kidney Disease(Stages 3-5)Rats

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Jiedu Huoxue Decoction on renal tissue,serum calcium,and thoracic aorta wall calcium content in rats with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:Seventy-two SPF-grade healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into the Control group(Group A),Model group(Group B),Calcitriol group(Group C),Jiedu Huoxue Decoction low-dose group(Group I),medium-dose group(Group H),and high-dose group(Group G),with 12 rats in each group.A CKD model with vascular calcification was established using adenine and high-phosphorus diet.Serum creatinine(Scr)and calcium(Ca)levels were measured using biochemical kits;renal tissue pathology was observed by HE staining;and vascular wall calcium content was determined by methylthymol blue.Results:Compared with the Model group,the high-dose group of Jiedu Huoxue Decoction showed reduced creatinine(P<0.05),increased serum calcium(P<0.05),and decreased tissue calcium content(P<0.05).HE staining results indicated that in the Model group and Calcitriol group,the renal glomerular structure was damaged,with blurred boundaries between the boundary tissues,enlarged renal tubule diameters,necrotic and sloughed epithelial cells,renal interstitial edema,and inflammatory cell infiltration.The renal structure was impaired to varying degrees in the other groups.Compared with the Model group,the renal tissue structure of the Calcitriol group and all Jiedu Huoxue Decoction dose groups showed varying degrees of recovery.Conclusion:Jiedu Huoxue Decoction can improve renal function in late-stage CKD rats,alleviate renal structural damage,and inhibit vascular calcification.关键词
