Professor Xie Decong's Experience in the Treatment of Adenomyosis with Active Use of Couplet Medicinals of Astragali Radix
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes Professor Xie Decong's experience in the treatment of adenomyosis(AM)with couplet medicinals of Astragali Radix.Professor Xie believes that the pathogenesis of AM is deficiency in root and excess in superficiality.The root cause of the disease is qi deficiency,and the tip cause is blood stasis.The treatment should be treated by stages,focusing on both qi and blood,with the use of both dredging and tonic drugs.Couplet medicinals of Astragali Radix should be flexibly selected.In premenstrual and menstrual periods,Astragali Radix and Sargentodoxae Caulis couplet is most recommended;Astragali Radix and Patriniae Herba couplet is proposed for the patient with dampness-heat obstruction syndrome;Astragali Radix and Sarcandrae Herba couplet is recommended in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and cervicitis;Astragali Radix and Aurantii Fructus couplet is recommended for qi stagnation syndrome;and Astragali Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix couplet is recommended for qi and blood deficiency combined with blood stasis syndrome.The treatment for late menstruation is different.In perimenopausal AM patients with yin deficiency and internal heat,Astragali Radix and Trionycis Carapax couplet is recommended.For AM patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst,Astragali Radix and Gleditsiae Spin couplet is recommended.If dysmenorrhea is severe,or the pain in the lower abdomen continues after menstruation,Astragali Radix and Curcumae Rhizom couplet is recommended.In the treatment of blood stasis with cold,Astragali Radix and Cinnamomi Ramulus couplet is recommended.In the case of dampness-heat obstruction syndrome,Astragali Radix and Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus couplet is recommended.关键词
