清热解毒汤治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的单臂、前瞻性临床研究
Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Acute Lactational Mastitis with Qingre Jiedu Decoction:A Single Arm Prospective Study

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Qingre Jiedu decoction(QJD)in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation.Methods:Forty-three patients with acute mastitis during lactation were included in the study,who were given QJD orally.The severity index of mastitis,body temperature,breast pain score,body surface area of breast mass,patency of milk,chapped nipple,TCM whole body symptom score and safety index were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was 97.67%(42/43).There were significant differences in the severity index,body temperature,breast pain score,breast mass surface area,milk patency,nipple cracking,and TCM whole body symptom score before and after treatment(P<0.01).During the treatment,2 lactating infants developed diarrhea,and the symptoms disappeared after the medication was stopped.Conclusion:Qingre Jiedu decoction is safe and effective in treating acute mastitis during lactation,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
