针药结合治疗肺结节理论探析与临床经验撷要
Theoretical Analysis and Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules by Combining Acupuncture and Medicine

Abstract
Professor ZHOU Dai-han,a master of Chinese medicine,believes that pulmonary nodules should be"treated from depression".The major pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules is the stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis in the lung meridian.Professor ZHANG Hai-bo inherits Professor ZHOU's idea of combining acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of pulmonary nodules.When treating pulmonary nodules,Professor ZHANG prioritizes the differentiation of yin and yang,cold and heat,then identifies the basic attribute by combining tongue diagnosis,pulse diagnosis,and symptom information.In the treatment,the first priority is to regulate the mind,combined with the methods of tonifying the spleen,kidney,and lung,dredging collateral and dissipating mass.As pulmonary nodules are located in the lung meridian,between half-exterior and half-interior,acupuncture and moxibustion are often used to dredge meridian,and the combination of acupuncture and medicine is used to improve the therapeutic effect,finally achieving the treatment goal of resolving phlegm and dissipating mass,removing blood stasis and dredging collateral.This article elaborates the theory of combining acupuncture and medicine for the treatment of pulmonary nodules,summarizes the clinical experience,and provides effective cases for reference.关键词
