加减升陷汤治疗非小细胞肺癌合并癌因性疲乏患者疗效及对促炎性相关因子的影响
Therapeutic Efficacy of Jiajian Shengxian Decoction on Cancer-Related Fatigue in Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer after Chemotherapy and Its Influence on Pro-Inflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Jiajian Shengxian Decoction on cancer-related fatigue in patients with non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy and its influence on pro-inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 80 non-small cell lung cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue admitted to Guang'anmen Hospital South Campus,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from May 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Jiajian Shengxian Decoction on the basis of chemotherapy.Both groups were treated for two months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,the Piper fatigue scale scores and pro-inflammatory cytokine levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of cancer-related fatigue in the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.50%)(χ2=7.440,P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in Piper fatigue scale scores and pro-inflammatory cytokine levels between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the cognitive score,physical score,emotional score,and behavioral score in the observation group were significantly superior to the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of Interleukin 6(IL-6),Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α),and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.50%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.646,P＜0.05).Conclusion Jiajian Shengxian Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on cancer-related fatigue in patients with non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy,which can significantly improve the fatigue state of patients,reduce inflammatory reactions,and alleviate adverse reactions.关键词
