健脾解毒方联合西医标准治疗晚期肠癌的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Combining Jianpi Jiedu Decoction with Standard Western Medicine for Treating Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer with spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods 63 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were divided into the treatment group(n=31)and the control group(n=32)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with first-and second-line standard chemotherapy of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on the basis of conventional chemotherapy for 6 cycles.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,TCM syndrome score,physical status score,recent clinical efficacy,chemotherapy cycle,toxic and side effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results ①The total effective rate was 56.7%in the control group and 86.7%in the treatment group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).②Compared before and after treatment,both the control group and the treatment group could improve TCM syndrome(P＜0.05),but the improvement of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group(P＜0.05).③Compared before and after treatment,the score of physical status in the treatment group could be improved(P＜0.05).④The incidence of blood toxicity and gastrointestinal toxicity in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).⑤The treatment group patients had certain advantages in recent clinical efficacy evaluation of solid tumors and completion of full cycle chemotherapy.Conclusion The combination of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction and standard western medicine treatment can improve the TCM syndrome,enhance the quality of life,and alleviate toxic and side effect of chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.关键词
