岭南火针疗法预治疗化疗相关性恶心呕吐的随机对照试验
The Randomized Controlled Trial of Lingnan Fire Needle in the Pretreatment of Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Lingnan fire needle on chemotherapy-related nausea andvomiting(CINV).Methods 60 patients with a history of CINV were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group,using random number table method combined with envelope method.In the control group,5 mg tropisetron hydrochloride injection was injected intravenously 30 minutes before chemotherapy.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with Lingnan fire needle one day before chemotherapy and 30 minutes before the infusion of chemotherapy drugs.This is one course of treatment.The frequency and degree of nausea and vomiting and the functional living index emesis(FLIE)score(nausea dimension)from 1 day before chemotherapy to 5 days after chemotherapy were recorded,and the karnofsky performance status(KPS)score was evaluated on 1 day before chemotherapy and the fifth day after chemotherapy.Results The relief of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group from the first day to the fifth day after chemotherapy was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in maintaining the physical state of patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion Lingnan fire needle combined with tropisetron hydrochloride injection is more effective in the pretreatment of CINV,especially vomiting,and the efficacy on maintaining physical state is superior to western medicine alone.关键词
