国医大师潘敏求运用柴胡汤类方治疗原发性肝癌经验
National Medical Master PAN Min-qiu's Experience in Treating Primary Liver Cancer with Chaihu Decoction

Abstract
Professor PAN Min-qiu has a unique theoretical idea in the treatment of primary liver cancer.He puts forward the pathogenesis theory of"deficiency,stasis,and toxin"of liver cancer,and takes strengthening the spleen and regulating qi,removing blood stasis and softening hard mass,clearing heat and detoxification as the basic treatments.He emphasizes the treatment of liver cancer from the perspective of liver and spleen.With the basis of spleen deficiency and the characteristic of Yin in property and Yang in function of liver,he uses the method of soothing and promoting Shaoyang to make it smooth and harmonize the discord.In clinical practice,using Chaihu Decoction with flexible modifications to treat liver cancer and its complications in order to achieve the purpose of dissipating tumor has remarkable clinical efficacy.关键词
