原发性肝癌与中医体质相关性的Meta分析
Correlation Between Primary Liver Cancer and Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution:A Meta-analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the distribution of 9 traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution types in primary liver cancer patients,and to preliminarily identify common high-risk constitution types of primary liver cancer,providing evidence for the prevention and treatment of primary liver cancer with TCM.Methods Clinical research literature on the correlation between primary liver cancer and TCM constitution types was searched in databases including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,and Web of Science from database establishment to July 1,2024.Systematic review methods were used for screening,quality evaluation,and data integration.Meta-analysis was performed on the included studies using Stata 17 software.Results A total of 8 studies involving 1370 patients were included.The Meta-analysis indicated that the proportion and 95%confidence interval of various TCM constitution types in primary liver cancer patients were as follows:balanced constitution was 21.3%(15.5%～27.8%),blood stasis constitution was 14.9%(7.6%～24%),yang deficiency constitution was 14.2%(7.9%～22%),qi deficiency constitution was 13.7%(9.1%～19%),damp-heat constitution was 12.7%(9.2%～16.6%),phlegm-damp constitution was 7.5%(4.3%～11.4%),qi stagnation constitution was 5.2%(3.2%～7.6%),yin deficiency constitution was 4.8%(1.6%～9.3%),and special constitution was 2%(0.7%～3.9%).Conclusion Blood stasis constitution,yang deficiency constitution,qi deficiency constitution,and damp-heat constitution are the primary types of primary liver cancer patients,and may be the high risk factors for the occurrence of primary liver cancer.关键词
