油藏开发非均相智能调驱评价及模拟预测方法OA

Evaluation and simulation prediction method of heterogeneous phase intelligent profile control for reservoir exploitation

储层原生非均质性及次生非均质性导致开发后期形成优势渗流通道,剩余油分布复杂且启动困难.智能微凝胶深部调驱能够通过吸附膨胀实现高渗通道封堵,同时能够差异性降低油水相渗透率实现流度高效调整.基于连接元数值模拟方法,考虑"堵大不堵小"的封堵机理及"堵水不堵油"的驱油机理,建立了智能微凝胶调驱数值模拟方法,实现了油水动态快速计算与预测.通过引入洛伦兹系数等建立了非均相调驱效果评价方法,能够定量评价调驱前后的储层改造效果.概念算例及实际算例应用效果表明,提出的非均相智能调驱评价及模拟预测方法能够定量评价改善开发效果的程度,实现非均相智能微凝胶驱油快速、准确预测,对于现场调驱方案制定具有应用价值.

Reservoir native heterogeneity and secondary heterogeneity lead to the formation of dominant flow channels in the later stages of development,resulting in complex distribution of remaining oil and difficulties in initiation.Intelligent deep micro-gel flooding can achieve high permeability channel plugging through adsorption and expansion,while differentially reducing the permeability of oil and water phases to achieve efficient flow adjustment.Utilizing the connection element numerical simulation method and taking into account the plugging mechanism of"plugging large channels but not small ones"and the oil displacement mechanism of"plugging water but not oil",a numerical simulation method for intelligent deep micro-gel flooding has been developed.This enables rapid calculation and prediction of oil-water dynamics.On this basis,the evaluation method of heterogeneous profile control effect is established by introducing Lorentz coefficient,which can quantitatively evaluate the reservoir stimulation effect before and after profile control.The application results of the concept example and the actual example show that the heterogeneous intelligent flooding evaluation and simulation prediction method proposed in this paper can quantitatively assess the extent of development improvement,achieve rapid and accurate prediction of heterogeneous intelligent deep gel flooding.It holds practical value for formulating on-site flooding schemes.
