本文基于云南省滇中地区的董家村渡槽工程,结合该渡槽的结构特点和设计要求,通过采用ANSYS分析软件建立了三维有限元分析模型,遵循张拉准则,使用降温法对渡槽预应力张拉过程进行模拟分析,从而确定张拉方案;同时为了在施工期能够有效控制张拉方案,来提高渡槽的施工效率和工程质量,而对智能张拉方案进行了设计.研究成果可为后续类似大型渡槽在预应力张拉方案设计方面提供参考.

In this paper,based on the Dongjiacun aqueduct project in Central Yunnan Region,combined with the structural characteristics and design requirements of the aqueduct,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model is established by using ANSYS analysis software,and the prestressed tensioning process of the aqueduct is simulated and analyzed by using cooling method following the tensioning criteria,so as to determine the tensioning scheme.At the same time,in order to effectively control the tensioning scheme during the construction period and improve the construction efficiency and engineering quality of the aqueduct,the intelligent tensioning scheme is designed.The research results can provide reference for the subsequent design of prestressed tension scheme for similar large-scale aqueducts.
