大体积混凝土结构经常受到运行期间长期低温冻融作用的影响,导致溢洪道混凝土结构出现裂缝现象,需要运用水工混凝土裂缝处理技术来改善裂缝问题,确保大坝运行安全.目前化学灌浆技术已广泛应用于水利工程中,在水工混凝土裂缝结构中利用专业水溶性化学浆和止水材料实施加固修复技术工艺,有效填补水工裂缝结构的同时,能够使混凝土结构起到良好的抗渗性和耐久性作用.本文结合具体工程进一步研究水工混凝土裂缝处理中化学灌浆技术的应用,对于水利工程建设事业发展具有良好的实际意义.

The large volume concrete structure is often affected by the long-term low temperature freeze-thaw action during operation,resulting in cracks in the concrete structure.It is necessary to use hydraulic concrete crack treatment technology to improve the crack problem and ensure the safety of dam operation.At present,chemical grouting technology has been widely used in water carpentry,the use of professional water-soluble chemical slurry and water sealing materials in hydraulic concrete crack structure to implement reinforcement and repair technology,effectively fill the hydraulic crack structure at the same time,can make the concrete structure play a good impermeability and durability role.This paper further studies the application of chemical grouting technology in hydraulic concrete crack treatment,which has good practical significance for the development of hydraulic engineering construction.
