Abstract
This article aims at improving the accuracy and competitiveness of the bidding price,and reducing the execution risk for natural gas-fired power plants.By analyzing the currently used cost estimation methods and their deficiencies from the cost categorization and cost standards,and comparing the estimated and actual costs,the problems and deviations in the cost estimation process are analyzed.The optimized cost estimation method for engineering-procurement-construction(EPC)project of natural gas-fired power plant is proposed.The optimized cost estimation method can reflect the actual costs of natural gas-fired power generation projects more accurately.It is beneficial for improving execution efficiency and management level.关键词
