摘要

Abstract

The design and construction of the boiler foundation in thermal power plants are crucial for the safe and stable operation of the entire power generation system.Taking the foundation treatment schemes for boiler foundations in a large thermal power plant as an engineering example,the applicability,advantages,and disadvantages of two foundation treatment schemes of rotary bored piles and natural foundations are studied based on the analysis of engineering geological conditions and the physical and mechanical properties of the foundation soil layers.The main research content includes settlement,economic feasibility,and construction period.The results show that the rotary bored pile scheme has smaller settlement and lower construction costs,while the total construction period of both schemes is similar.Therefore,the rotary bored pile scheme is finally recommended.
