从总体设计方案、性能、系统、布置等方面,对1 000 MW单轴二次再热汽轮机采用六缸六排汽和五缸四排汽两种方案进行比较研究,并对1 000 MW单轴六缸六排汽二次再热汽轮机在系统设计的特点进行介绍.单轴六缸六排汽超低背压二次再热汽轮机百万机组已在工程中得到应用,可显著提高煤炭的能源利用率,实现降低排放、改善环境的目的.
This article research the overall design scheme,performance,system and arrangement by comparing six-cylinder six-exhaust turbine and five-cylinder four-exhaust turbine of 1 000 MW single-draft double-reheat steam turbine,and introduce the system design characteristics.The first six-cylinder six-exhaust 1 000 MW single-draft double-reheat steam turbine in the world has been applied in engineering,which has significantly improved the energy utilization efficiency,achieved the purpose of reducing emissions and protecting the environment,and reached the advanced level in the world.
