Multi-timescale distributed active and reactive power coordinated optimization method of distributed network based on cluster division
分布式电源大规模接入配电网增大了配电网应对源荷不确定性及传统集中调控模式的难度,因此文章提出一种基于配电网集群划分的多时间尺度分布式有功-无功协同优化方法.该方法首先在日前调度层面,建立集中式有功-无功协同优化模型,安排长时间尺度调节设备功率及启停计划.然后基于日前调度结果,考虑分布式光伏及负荷日前预测误差对电压带来的影响,建立配电网分布式电源集群划分模型.在日内调度层面,基于分布式电源集群划分结果及同步交替方向乘子法,以日运行成本最优及电压偏差最小为目标,建立分布式有功-无功协同优化模型,修正各连续调节设备日前功率计划.最后,以IEEE33节点系统为例,验证了文章所提方法有效性.
Large scale distributed generation(DG)connected into the distribution network(DN)increases the dif-ficulty of DN to cope with the uncertainty and centralized control.Therefore,this paper proposes a multi-timescale distributed active-reactive coordinated optimization method based on DG cluster(DGC)of DN.At the day-ahead level,a centralized active-reactive power coordinated optimization model is established to arrange the power and start-stop plan of long-time adjustment equipment.Then,considering the influence of DG and load forecast errors on voltage,a DGC cluster partition model is established based on day-ahead scheduling result.At the intraday lev-el,targeting the minimum of optimal cost and voltage deviation,a distributed active-reactive power coordinated op-timization model is established based on DGC and SADMM,to revise the day-ahead power plan of each continuous adjustment equipment.Finally,taking the IEEE33-node system as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
