Research on monitoring system of cable network pipeline based on random forest
配电电缆管网的安全稳定运行对于保障电力系统的供电安全进而保证用户用电的可靠性具有重要意义.针对现有配电电缆管网在线运行监测系统中存在的监测变量单一和数据集中处理等问题,文章研究并提出一种基于边缘计算和多源数据评估的运行监测方法.文中首先论述了基于边缘计算的电缆管网多源状态监测系统结构,然后基于管网系统的多源检测数据,提出了基于随机森林的多源运行状态数据评估方法用于对电缆管网的综合运行状态进行实时监测.最后,通过实验分析验证了所述方法在电缆管网运行状态评估中的有效性.
Safe and stable operation of cable network pipeline in distribution network is of great significance to pow-er supply safety and power consumption reliability.Aiming at the problem of single monitoring variable and central-ized data processing in the existing online monitoring of distribution network pipeline,this paper studies an operat-ing monitoring method based on edge computing with multi-source data evaluation.Firstly,the structure of multi-source data monitoring system for cable network pipeline based on edge computing is discussed.Then,a random forest based multi-source data evaluation method for real-time monitoring of cable network operation is proposed.Finally,simulation experiment results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in operation evaluation of ca-ble network pipeline.
