Research on dynamic characteristics of AC contactor based on multi-physics coupling
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the research on the dynamic characteristics of AC contactors under vibration environment,in order to deeply analyze the influence of key mechanisms such as internal contacts and iron cores,a co-simulation model of AC contactors under vibration conditions is designed.The electromagnetic attraction calculation method combining magnetic field and magnetic circuit is used to realize the coupling calculation of mechanical-motion-elec-tromagnetic-circuit and other physical fields through the co-simulation of ADAMS and MATLAB/Simulink.The in-fluence of different vibration conditions on the dynamic characteristics of the key mechanism pull-in process of con-tactoris studied by simulation.The accuracy of the simulation model is verified by comparing with the experimental results.The research results can provide a basis for the dynamic performance evaluation of contactors working in vi-bration environments such as wind turbines and ships.关键词
