针对伊拉克重油发电项目投标过程中遇到的重油黏度影响进行分析并提出应对措施.在该项目中,招标方提供的重油特性超出标准要求,重油高黏度值与锅炉厂对燃料黏度的要求形成了项目主要矛盾.通过对重油黏度特性以及影响黏度的因素进行分析,本文探讨控制重油黏度以满足工程需要的方法,包括加热、使用降黏剂、采用超声波处理及掺稀油等,同时建议在控制重油黏度时综合考虑安全性和经济成本.

This article analyzes the impact of heavy fuel oil(HFO)viscosity in the bidding process of Iraq's HFO power plant and proposes countermeasures.In the project,the HFO characteristics provided by the tenderer exceeded the standard requirements,main contradiction of the project is between the high viscosity of the HFO and the boiler plant's requirements.Based on analyzing the viscosity characteristics of HFO and the factors affecting viscosity,this article explores methods to control the viscosity of HFO to meet project requirements,including heating,viscosity reducers,ultrasonic treatment and blending oil,etc.Meanwhile,it is recommended to consider safety and economic costs comprehensively.
