Research on the Theoretical Framework and Pathways of New Productive Forces in Ensuring the Security of Supply Chains
摘要
Abstract
Food security,resource and energy security,and industrial chain security are important components of the national security system,which are related to the high-quality development of China's economy.The new quality productive forces,an important assertion proposed by General Secre-tary Xi Jinping to meet China's national conditions,is a new interpretation and development of Marxist productivity theory.Its core lies in technological innovation and self-reliance and its end result lies in industries.New quality productive forces effectively promote the construction of a modern industrial system and the upgrading of the value chain by enhancing technological autonomy and reshaping the new industrial pattern,thereby ensuring the securi-ty of important national industrial and supply chains.However,China currently faces practical challenges such as insufficient research and development investment,outdated innovation mechanisms,insufficient financial support,and natural endowment constraints.Based on this,the article proposes a theoretical framework and practical path for new quality productive forces to ensure the security of the national industrial chain and supply chain:the construction of carriers for breakthroughs in key technologies,the occupation of emerging industry highlands by standardization construction,the support of the financial system for the self-reliance and self-improvement of the industrial chain,the improvement of the level of opening up to disperse industri-al chain risks,talent reform to promote the leap of the industrial chain and supply chain,and the digital empowerment of the grain industry and resource and energy security.关键词
